HOW WE CREATE YOUR GEAR
Sublimation
Sublimation is a process that involves transferring a design onto a garment using heat. The design is first printed onto a special paper using sublimation ink. The paper is then placed onto the garment, and both are heated using a heat press. As the heat is applied, the ink is transferred onto the garment, creating a permanent and vibrant design.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a technique that involves stitching a design onto a garment using a needle and thread. The design is first digitized using embroidery software, which creates a file that tells the embroidery machine where to stitch. The garment is then placed onto the embroidery machine, and the design is stitched onto it.
Supa Colour Transfer
Supa Colour Transfer, also known as Heat Press, involves transferring a design onto a garment using a heat press machine. The design is first printed onto a special transfer paper using a printer with special ink. The paper is then placed onto the garment, and both are heated using a heat press machine. As the heat is applied, the ink is transferred onto the garment, creating a permanent and high-quality design.
Screen Printing
